(Lysaker, Norway, June 23th 2023): TECO 2030 ASA ("TECO 2030", OSE: TECO, OTCQX: TECFF, ISIN: NO0010887516) acquires own shares through a debt-equity swap from TECO Maritime Group AS and Rubber Innovation Holding AS. The total outstanding debt TECO Maritime Group AS had to TECO 2030 was NOK 14,745,562.36 and has been settled through a transfer of 1,919,370 TECO 2030 shares at a share price of 7.6825 per share from TECO Maritime Group AS to TECO 2030. The outstanding debt Rubber Innovation Holding AS had to TECO 2030 was NOK 2,070,918 and has been settled through a transfer of 269,563 TECO 2030 shares at a share price of 7.6825 per share from Rubber Innovation Holding AS to TECO 2030. Both TECO Maritime Group AS and Rubber Innovation Holding AS are closely associated with primary insiders in TECO 2030, Sigurd Gaarder Lange (Chairman), Tore Enger (Group CEO) and Pål Christian Johnsen (CFO). Following the transactions, TECO Maritime Group AS holds 633,895 shares in TECO 2030 and Rubber Innovation Holding AS holds 0 shares in TECO 2030. The transaction is according to the resolved authorization from the annual general meeting held on May 12th 2023 that the Company has been granted to acquire its own shares.
