On 13th July 2023, due to an internal rebalancing, entities connected to primary insider Kenth Eriksson, a member of the board, re-allocated Zalaris ASA (NO0010708910) shares. Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II bought 94 754 shares at NOK 39.356 and Athanase Industrial Partners II KB sold 94 754 shares at NOK 39.356. After the transaction entities connected to Kenth Eriksson hold in aggregate 803 269 shares representing 3.63% of the shares outstanding. The entities, Athanase Industrial Partners II KB and Athanase Industrial Partners Fund II own 653 734 and 149 535 shares respectively.
