On July 18, 2023, Systemintegration ApS acquired 20,000 shares in Atea ASA at a price of NOK 136.83. Board member Lone Kunøe is a shareholder in Consolidated Holding, which is the parent company of Systemintegration ApS.  Following the transaction, Lone Kunøe and close associates control 31,965,145 shares in Atea ASA, representing 28.4% of the share capital.
