acquired should be 140,000, and not 20,000 as reported on 18 July 2023. In
addition, the acquirer was Consolidated Holdings A/S, not Systemintegration
ApS.
Corrected version:
On July 18, 2023, Consolidated Holdings A/S acquired 140,000 shares in Atea ASA
at a price of NOK 136.83. Board member Lone Kunøe is a shareholder in
Consolidated Holdings A/S. Following the transaction, Lone Kunøe and close
associates' control 32,085,145 shares in Atea ASA, representing 28.6% of the
share capital.
