Oslo,15 August 2023: Head of Projects and IR and primary insider Harald Mathias Gram, has today, on behalf of his children, purchased 174 shares at a price of NOK 170.80 per share, and 175 shares at a price of NOK 171.80 per share. Following the transaction, Harald Mathias Gram owns, together with consolidated parties, in aggregate 1,792,845 (6.12%) shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA.
