ATHENS, GREECE, August 15, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Børs: OET) has been notified of the following transactions by a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Daniel Gold:
August 14, 2023: sold 26,332 shares at NOK 260.3972 per share.
August 15, 2023: sold 35,850 shares at NOK 261.5359 per share.
Following the transactions, QVT holds 1,564,574 shares in OET. Primary Insider notification, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) article 19, is enclosed.
