ATHENS, GREECE, August 19, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Børs: OET) has been notified of the following transactions by a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Daniel Gold:
August 16, 2023: sold 58,823 shares at NOK 261.4626 per share.
August 17, 2023: sold 37,765 shares at NOK 262.7211 per share.
