Kahoot! ASA – Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders

Oslo, 21 August 2023 Reference is made to the announcement on 14 July 2023 where it was announced that Kangaroo BidCo AS (the "Offeror") had reached an agreement with Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!" or the "Company") to launch a voluntary cash offer to acquire all issued and outstanding shares in the Company (the "Offer"), and the announcement on 27 July 2023 regarding commencement of the offer period for the Offer.
