ATHENS, GREECE, August 21, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Børs: OET) has been notified of the following transactions by a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Daniel Gold:
August 18, 2023: sold 22,456 shares at NOK 260.6178 per share.
August 21, 2023: sold 9,601 shares at NOK 260.6603 per share.
Following the transactions, QVT holds 1,435,929 shares in OET. Primary Insider notification, pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) article 19, is enclosed.
