The subscriber was RH Industri AS, not RH Investments AS, and the number of shares subscribed for should be 4,119,452. Corrected version: RH Industri AS, a company controlled by ABTEC board member Roger Hofseth, has been allocated 4,119,452 shares in the Private Placement, each new share at a subscription price of NOK 3, for a total subscription amount of NOK 12,358,356.
