ATHENS, GREECE, August 28, 2023 – Okeanis Eco Tankers Corp. (“OET”) (Oslo Børs: OET) has been notified that on August 25, 2023 a fund managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”), legal person closely associated with primary insider and Member of the Board of Directors, Daniel Gold, sold 11,932 shares in OET at a price of NOK 259.497 per share. Following the transaction, QVT holds 1,423,997 shares in OET.
