Mandatory notification of trade: Acceptances of mandatory offer for the shares Frøy ASA

Reference is made to the mandatory cash offer by Falcon Bidco. AS (the “Offeror”), a company indirectly wholly owned by infrastructure funds managed by Goldman Sachs Asset Management, to acquire all shares in Frøy ASA (“Frøy”) not already owned by the Offeror (the “Mandatory Offer”) in combination with a compulsory acquisition of all the remaining shares in Frøy. Today, the following primary insiders or persons close associated to them have accepted the Offer for a price of NOK 76.50 per share: • Andreas Krogstad for a total of 19,286 shares; • Linn Holmen for a total of 1,739 shares; and • Tove Torstad for a total of 1,928 shares Please see attached notification forms in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
