Reference is made to announcement 27.
Stielund Invest ApS - a closely related party to - Niels Stielund, Chairman of the Board of directors
of WPU has notified WPU that Stielund Invest ApS through one off market transactions has divested
a total of 2,510,784 shares in WPU. The transaction was conducted at an average price of NOK 50
(Norwegian kroner 50). After the divestment Stielund Invest ApS holds a total of 11.462.012 shares
in WPU.
CMA Fortuna Capital ApS - a closely related party to - Niels Albertsen, member of the Board of
directors of WPU has notified WPU that CMA Fortuna Capital ApS through one off market
transactions has divested a total of 2,342,425 shares in WPU. The transaction was conducted at an
average price of NOK 50 (Norwegian kroner 50). After the divestment CMA Fortuna Capital ApS
holds a total of 10.693.432 shares in WPU.
S.A.J. ApS - a closely related party to – Sven Petersen Albertsen, member of the Board of directors
of WPU has notified WPU that S.A.J. ApS through one off market transactions has divested a total
of 1,144,470 shares in WPU. The transaction was conducted at an average price of NOK 50
(Norwegian kroner 50). After the divestment S.A.J. ApS holds a total of 5.224.634 shares in WPU.

Klaus Lindblad Vice-Chairman of the Board of directors of WPU has notified WPU that he through
one off market transactions has divested a total of 411,313 shares in WPU. The transaction was
conducted at an average price of NOK 50 (Norwegian kroner 50). After the divestment Klaus
