Pareto Bank ASA (the "Bank") has received notification from primary insider Pareto AS concerning a share lending agreement entered into between Pareto AS, Pareto Securities AS and the Bank, pursuant to which Pareto AS has granted Pareto Securities AS an option to borrow up to 6,930,693 shares in the Bank. The loan of shares is to facilitate settlement of the new shares in the Bank issued in connection with the private placement which was completed on 22 August 2023.
