Reference is made to the PDMR notification on 13 September regarding the notification from primary insider Pareto AS concerning a share lending agreement entered into between Pareto AS, Pareto Securities AS and Pareto Bank ASA (the "Bank"), pursuant to which Pareto AS granted Pareto Securities AS an option to borrow up to 6,930,693 shares in the Bank.
The new shares were registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises yesterday 21 September 2023, and Pareto Securities AS has now returned the 6,930,693 shares to Pareto AS.
The notification is attached hereto.
