Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Gigante Salmon AS (the “Company”) on 11 October 2023 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of 27,777,777 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 7.2 per share (the “Private Placement”). Gigante Havbruk AS, a company controlled by Kjell Lorentsen, board member in Gigante Salmon AS, was allocated 13,888,888 new shares in the Private Placement. Following completion of the Private Placement, Gigante Havbruk will own 68,126,888 shares, equal to 51.09 % ownership in the Company.
