Corvina Holdings Limited has notified that it has purchased 523,144 shares in Agilyx ASA (“Agilyx”) on 26 October 2023, at an average price of NOK 21.5 per share. Following this acquisition, Corvina Holdings Limited controls 4,269,815 shares in Agilyx ASA. Corvina Holdings Limited is controlled by Virgin Group, a close associate of Agilyx ASA board member Peter Norris.
