KCC: Exercise of share options (PDMR notice)

Oslo, 5 November 2023: The CFO of Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the “Company"), Liv Hege Dyrnes, has on 4 November 2023 exercised a total of 26,700 options in the Company against cash settlement by the Company. The share options were granted to Dyrnes in December 2019 and were fully vested in December 2022. The amount payable per share from the Company to Dyrnes is equal to NOK 78.00 (close on Friday 3 November 2023) less the exercise price of NOK 23.1166. The exercise price of NOK 23.1166 is the exercise price at grant date less dividends paid since grant date.
