The equity capital certificates bought by SpareBank 1 Østlandet between 27 October and 8 November 2023 for use in the Bank’s savings programme, have been redistributed to the participating employees at a price of NOK 124.795 in accordance with their savings amount. Qualified participants under the savings programme of 2021, will receive ECCs in accordance with their savings amount at the time.
After allocation the Bank owns 0 equity capital certificates.
