Helsinki, Finland, 16 November 2023: Charles MacBain, the CEO and a primary insider of Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has today purchased 1,948,077 class A shares in the Company at a price of NOK 23.50 per share. Following the transaction, Charles MacBain owns 7,423,823 class A shares in the Company. In addition, he holds 4,904,387 class A shares and 29,794,638 class B shares, in total 34,699,025 shares indirectly, through Three Plus Group Luxembourg SA.
