Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 21 November 2023 whereby Web Holding Limited (the "Offeror") announced close of the voluntary offer to acquire all outstanding issued ordinary shares ("Shares") in BW Epic Kosan Ltd. and that the total number of (a) Shares owned, controlled or agreed to be acquired by the Offeror and persons acting in concert with it; and (b) valid acceptances of the Offer, amount to an aggregate of 159,308,304 Shares, representing approximately 99.8% of the total number of Shares. The Offeror, being a close associate of Kristian Mørch and Nicholas Lykiardopulo, directors of BW Epic Kosan Ltd., attach the required notifications of the acceptances received to this announcement.
