The shares purchased were sold by Simvest AS, a close associate of primary insider Simen Fure Jørgensen, co-founder and Chief Product Officer, that sold a total of 114.611 shares. Other Otovo employees bought the remainder of the shares sold by Simvest AS (14.326 shares).
