Oslo, Norway, November 24, 2023 - Michael Engsig, CEO of Nykode Therapeutics ASA (“Nykode”), has 2,910,000 outstanding warrants with expiry date December 31, 2023. The warrants have a subscription price of NOK 8.80. The Board of Nykode has awarded Michael Engsig 2,910,000 new options with a strike price of NOK 8.80 per share and expiry date December 31, 2025. The exercise of the new options is conditional upon, amongst other, the current warrants held by him not being exercised before their expiry on December 31, 2023.
