KAHOOT! ASA – Mandatory notification of transactions by primary insiders

Oslo, 26 November 2023 Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 2 November 2023 regarding mandatory notifications of trade by primary insiders and disclosure of major shareholding in Kahoot! ASA ("Kahoot!"). Jostein Nydahl Håvaldsrud (Kahoot! CTO) has transferred 97 Kahoot! shares to Kangaroo Bidco AS though acceptance of the mandatory offer of NOK 35 per share.
