Hospitality Invest AS has on 11 December 2023 sold bonds in HOIN03 – ISIN NO0012708165 issued by Hospitality Invest AS for a nominal amount of NOK 3 000 000 at a price of NOK 100.00. Following the transaction Hospitality Invest AS does not hold any bonds in HOIN03. Kasado 2020 AS, which is closely associated with Kristian A. Adolfsen, acquired on the same date bonds in HOIN03 – ISIN NO0012708165 issued by Hospitality Invest AS for a nominal amount of NOK 1 000 000 at a price of NOK 100.00. Following the transaction Kasado 2020 AS holds bonds with a total nominal amount of NOK 2 500 000 in HOIN03. Kristian A. Adolfsen, who holds the position as Chairman of the Board in Hospitality Invest AS, is defined as a primary insider in Hospitality Invest AS.
