Mandatory notification of trade

Ålesund, 19 December 2023 Pelagic Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, a close associate of Atef Abou Merhi, member of the Board of Directors of Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the “Company”) has 19 December 2023 acquired 6,120,284 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 1.2975 per share. Following the transaction, Pelagic Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC holds a total of 118,546,675 shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 23.63% of the Company’s shares.
