Helsinki, Finland, 22 December 2023: Charles MacBain, the CEO and a primary insider of Nordhealth AS (the "Company"), has today sold 1,650,316 class A shares in the Company at a price of NOK 21.34 per share, in two separate transactions to family members who have agreed to vote and dispose of the shares with Charles MacBain. Following the transactions, Charles MacBain owns 5,773,507 class A shares in the Company. In addition, he holds 24,289,319 class B shares, in total 30,062,826 shares.
