SATS ASA: Mandatory notification of trade in connection with the share investment program

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company", OSE ticker "SATS") earlier today, on January 11, 2024, regarding the result of the share investment program for certain senior executives and certain other key employees (the "Share Investment Program"). Certain primary insiders of the Company have applied for, and been allocated, shares in the Share Investment Program. Parts of the investment made by one of the primary insiders in the Share Investment Program will be debt financed through a loan to be issued by the Company, subject to inter alia approval by the general meeting expected to be held on or about 25 April 2024. See details below and in the attached forms. Karolina Gutke (Country Manager Sweden) has been allocated 111,423 shares in the Company in the Share Investment Program. Aleksi Virkkunen (Country Manager Finland) has been allocated 45,618 shares in the Company in the Share Investment Program and has committed to pledge the same number of shares in the Company. The transactions are notifiable pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. The disclosures set out in this announcement are subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
