ININ Group AS has on 15 January completed the allotment under the annual share purchase program for employees. As part of the program, ININ Group AS has sold 1,189,540 own shares to employees at a purchase price of NOK 2,30 per share. The subscription price was based on the volume-weighted average share price in the period between 8 January 2024 and 12 January 2024, less 20% discount. To receive the discount the shares have a 16 months lock-up period. Part of the transaction included primary insiders in ININ Group AS.
