Oslo, Norway, 19 January 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 3 November 2023. Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. has completed the process for transfer of shares in the Company to White Crystals Ltd. White Crystals Ltd. is a shareholder in Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. A total of 76,334,196 shares has been transferred from Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. to White Crystals Ltd., representing White Crystals Ltd.'s pro rata portion of the Company’s common shares owned by Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. is a legal person closely associated with Shan E-Abbas Ashary and Bart van Aalst, who are both board members of Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd., are also board members of Norsk Titanium.
