Aider Konsern AS: Acquisition of Ascender AS

OSLO, 26 January 2024. Aider Konsern AS has entered into an agreement to acquire Ascender AS, a leading consulting company within Executive & Specialist Search and Management for Hire. Ascender AS is partly owned (47.5 %) by Mr. Knut Grotli, the Chairman of the board of directors of Aider Holding AS. The transaction has been approved by the General Meeting in Aider Holding AS. The board of directors has also issued a combined report and statement pursuant to section 3-8(3) of the Norwegian Companies Act with respect to the consideration to be paid for the acquisition. The transaction will partly be settled through the issue of consideration shares in Aider Holding AS and partly be settled in cash. Mr. Grotli will receive 100% settlement in consideration shares. The transaction is expected to close 26.01.204 with effect in Aider’s financial accounts from 1 January 2024.
