Oslo, Norway, 9 February 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 26 January 2024 regarding the transfer of 76,334,916 shares from Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. to White Crystals Ltd., representing White Crystals Ltd.'s pro rata portion of the Company's common shares owned by Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd.
Today, 9 February 2024, Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. has transferred 77,357,913 subscription rights in the Company's ongoing rights issue ("Rights Issue") to White Crystals Ltd., representing White Crystals Ltd. pro rata portion of the subscription rights allocated to Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd.
Reference is also made to the stock exchange announcement on 6 February 2024, regarding allocation of subscription rights to primary insiders. The notification stated that Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. had been allocated 18,074,281 subscription rights in the Rights Issue. The correct allocation of subscription rights to Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. was 95,432,195 based on the total holding of shares on the record date for the Rights Issue on 11 January 2024, prior to the transfer of shares to White Crystals Ltd. on 26 January 2024. An updated notification of transactions in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation Article 19 is attached hereto, together with the notification of transfer of subscription rights to White Crystals Ltd.
