16 February 2024: EGD Shipping Invest AS (“EGD”) has today sold 2,360,819 shares in Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA (the “Company"), representing approximately 3.90% of the share capital and votes in the Company, at a price of NOK 102.00 per share for a total transaction size of approximately NOK 241 million (the “Transaction”).
Following completion of the Transaction, EGD holds 3,500,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.79% of the share capital and votes in the Company. EGD is represented on the Board of Directors of the Company. Please see attached notification form for further details.
ABG Sundal Collier ASA acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the Transaction.
