Schibsted ASA (SCHA/SCHB) - Mandatory disclosure of trades: Employee Share Saving Plan

1.3.2024 12:24:08 CET | Schibsted | Mandatory notification of trade primary insiders As part of the Employee Share Saving Plan, primary insiders in Schibsted ASA have on 1 March 2024 purchased 379 treasury B-shares at a price of NOK 301.00 per B-share (the price is set according to standard procedure for the programme during a two day period subsequent to the release of Schibsted's Q4 2023 results, the closing price on 8 February 2024). The transaction is related to the fourth enrollment window in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2023 which closed in September 2023, and based on savings made during October, November and December 2023. In addition, primary insiders in Schibsted ASA received 182 treasury B-shares on 1 March 2024. The transaction is related to bonus matching shares given to employees who enrolled in the Employee Share Saving Plan for 2021.
