(the "Company", "AutoStore", OSE: Auto) long-term incentive plan for 2023 ("LTIP") for certain members of the Company's management and other leading employees adopted by the annual general meeting of the Company held on 19 May 2022 and the Company's stock exchange announcement published on 14 July 2023.
