Key employees of Uniscale continue to show strong belief in the future of the company. As such KrügerCorp Holding ApS (owned by Andreas Krüger, Uniscale's CIO) has agreed to acquire 2,000,000 shares in CodeLab Capital AS (the "Company") from the main shareholder, Codee Holding AS, 100% owned by Jesper Melin.
The agreed price per share is NOK 1.13 and is based on the closing price last trading day before the agreements were entered into on 14 March 2024.
The actual transfer of the shares will happen within the next few weeks. The agreement contain lock-ups for the buyer, ensuring a common focus on the long term profitability of the Company. The seller is a close associate to primary insider. Please see further details in the attached notification forms.
