Oslo, Norway, 15 March 2024 - Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Kyoto Group AS (the "Company") published on 15 March 2024 regarding the issue of new shares in the Company at a price per share of NOK 17.00, raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 39 million (the "Directed Share Issue"). The following persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their close associates were allocated shares in the Directed Share Issue: · Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, a close associate of the board member Christopher Molnar, was allocated a total of 1,079,275 shares. · Inversiones Financieras Perseo, S.L., a close associate of the board member Oscar Cantalejo Sánchez, was allocated a total of 1,011,820 shares.
