(Oslo, 15 March 2024) Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Ayfie Group AS ("Ayfie" or the "Company") on 14 March 2024 regarding a successfully completed private placement of new shares in the Company (the "Private Placement"). Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) was appointed as manager for the Private Placement (the "Manager").
