Norcod AS - Primary insider notification

The following close associates of primary insiders were allocated Offer Shares in the Private Placement completed on 29 February March 2024. Artha Norcod VI A/S (close associate of primary insider and Board Member Jan Severin Sølbæk) was allocated 6 333 333 Offer Shares and will upon issuance of these shares own 11 838 834 shares in the Company. Sirena Group AS (close associate of primary insider and board members Peter Buhl and Boe Spurre) was allocated 833 333 Offer Shares and will upon issuance of these shares own 4 189 374 shares in the Company. The required primary insider notification forms are attached to this message.
