According to Sparebanken Vest's bonus scheme, primary insiders will receive previously earned Equity Certificates as part of the bonus based on results for accounting years 2021 and 2022. Equity Certificates earned based on accounting years 2021 and 2022 have been transferred today. Primary insider allocation is attached (form in Norwegian only). The bank transfers a total of 22,680 Equity Certificates. This includes the transfer to employees that are not primary insiders. After this transaction, the bank holds a total of 12,677 Equity Certificates.
