Ålesund, 23 April 2024 Today, 22 April 2024, Fleetscape 2 Luxembourg S.à r.l. (“Fleetscape”) entered into a sale and purchase agreement, whereby Fleetscape has agreed to sell 195,796,161 shares in Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (the "Company"), equal to 39.03 % of the issued share capital in the Company, for a total consideration of USD 39,500,000. Fleetscape is a fund managed by Oaktree Capital Management and closely associated to Fredrik Ulstein-Rygnestad and Guillaume Bayol, both members of the board of directors of the Company.
