Lumi Gruppen AS | Mandatory notification of trade

23 April 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Lumi Gruppen AS (the "Company") regarding the resolution by the Company's board of directors to increase the share capital by issuance of new shares to Lola Bidco AS ("Lola Bidco"), by conversion of loans outstanding under the unsecured subordinated loan agreement between the Company and Lola Bidco. Lola Bidco has subscribed for 2,793,243 new shares in the Company at a price of NOK 10.00 per share. Ashkan Senobari, member of the board of directors of the Company, is also a member of the board of directors of Lola Bidco AS and Lola Bidco AS is therefore his close associate.
