Sandnes, Norway, 24 April 2024: As part of Vår Energi ASA's (OSE: VAR) long-term incentive (LTI) program for executive committee, a total number of 520 807 shares at an average price of 36.3278 NOK per share have been allocated. Under the program, the executive committee can be awarded between 12.5% to 45% of their base salary in restricted shares. The CEO can be awarded between 50% to 100% of his base salary. The restricted shares have a vesting period of three years. Details on individual allocation of shares to primary insiders is included in the attached notification of trading.
