Elopak ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by close associate of primary insider

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published on 14 May 2024 regarding the completion of a secondary placement of existing shares in Elopak ASA by Ferd AS. Ferd AS, a close associate of board member and primary insider Manuel Arbiol Pascual, has sold 22,000,000 shares in Elopak ASA at a price of NOK 33.50 per share on 14 May 2024. Following the transaction, Ferd AS owns 139,465,870 shares in Elopak ASA, equivalent to 51.8% of the company's share capital. See the enclosed form for further details about the transaction.
