Schibsted ASA - Termination of TRS agreement in Adevinta ASA

As a result of the completion of Aurelia Bidco AS' voluntary offer for Adevinta ASA (“Adevinta”) today, Schibsted ASA's total return swap ("TRS") agreement with Danske Bank A/S ("Danske") with financial exposure to 36,748,289 shares in Adevinta has been terminated. The termination price of the TRS agreement is NOK 115 per share giving Schibsted ASA a positive cash effect of approx. NOK 118 million less interest payments and closing charges.
