Norsk Titanium AS: Mandatory notification of trade by a close associate to primary insiders

Oslo, Norway, 6 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 21 February 2024 regarding the issuance of 164,519,363 warrants (the "Warrants") issued in connection with the Company' rights issue completed in February 2024, raising approx. NOK 188.3 million (equivalent to approx. USD 18 million) in gross proceeds (the "Rights Issue"). Each Warrant gives the holder a right to subscribe for one new share in the Company. Today, Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. has executed a sale of Warrants. Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. is a company closely associated with Shan E-Abbas Ashary and Bart Van Aalst, who are both board members of Norsk Titanium Cayman Ltd. and board members of the Company.
