Mandatory notification of trade by primary insiders in connection with employee share incentive program

OSLO, Norway, June 11, 2024 — References are made to the stock exchange notices by Crayon Group Holding ASA (“Crayon”) on May 11, 2022 regarding the allocation of shares under the employee share incentive program. Under the employee share incentive program, employees were offered to subscribe at the volume-weighted average share price from March 25, 2022 to April 8, 2022 minus a 20% discount, resulting in a subscription price of NOK 117.70 per share. Shares issued were restricted for a period of two-years, after which one bonus share for every three shares purchased during the subscription period would be issued for eligible participants.
