Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the announcement published by Solstad Offshore ASA (the "Company") on 12 June 2024 regarding the result of the offering of shares (the "Offering") in Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SMH"), which was fully underwritten by Aker Capital AS ("Aker Capital"). Aker Capital, close associate of Company board member Frank Ove Reite, has pursuant to the underwriting agreement today subscribed for 5,095,519 shares in SMH, at the subscription price of NOK 11.82 per share. The shares in SMH are linked to Company's shares, cf. the Market Abuse Regulation article 19. Following the completion of the Offering, Aker Capital owns 27,089,493 shares in the Company and 195,450,849 shares in SMH. In addition, Frank Ove Reite owns through Fausken Invest AS 356,509 shares in the Company and 356,509 shares in SMH.
