Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Borgestad ASA (the "Company") on 3 June 2024 regarding the approval by the annual general meeting of a reverse share split in the ratio of 1:40.
Kontrari AS has today transferred 605 shares to round up all fractional shares to the nearest whole share in connection with the reverse share split. Kontrari AS is represented on the Company's board of directors by Jan Erik Sivertsen.
