SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Mandatory notification of trade from primary insiders

27 June 2024 - Gustav Line, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on 27 June 2024 800,000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 30.00 per share through his closely associated and fully owned company Line Invest AS. The share sale was partly made to cover payable personal tax expenses and fund personal property investment. After the transaction, Line Invest AS holds 1,278,025 shares in SmartCraft ASA. In addition, he exposed to 900,000 SmartCraft shares through the participation in the company's long term incentive program.
